This accessibility statement applies to the website viennaoffices.at

Wien Holding strives to ensure that its websites comply with the Act on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services, commonly known as the Accessibility Act (BaFG), BGBl I Nr 76/2023, to implement Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the European Council of April 17, 2019, on the accessibility requirements for products and services (OJ L 151, June 7, 2019, pp. 70–115), and to make them accessible to all users.

Due to the following incompatibilities, the aforementioned website is partially compliant with Conformity Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.

Non-accessible content

In some places, an older social media plugin is used that dynamically reloads content. In certain usage scenarios, this can lead to a so-called keyboard trap, in which the focus can no longer be moved away from the plugin exclusively using the keyboard. An accessible alternative is being evaluated.

Not all content on the website is available in all available languages. If a language is selected that is not available for the currently viewed page, the user is redirected to the respective home page of the selected language version. This redirect may be unexpected for users and therefore does not currently fully meet the requirements for consistent navigation as per WCAG 2.2. A revision of the language switching feature with regard to accessibility is planned.
